I ( 'MEMBER' ) understand and agree that I will not be entitled to any refund from any donation made to the Christian Business Association for whatever reason and that my membership may be terminated by the Christian Business Association at its sole discretion. I understand that in the event that I cancel my 'MEMBERSHIP' or SUBCRIPTION and I wish to rejoin the site, I understand I will need to reapply.
Reactivation of a canceled membership is based on the sole discretion of the Christian Business Association and should a 'MEMBERSHIP' reactivation be turned down, the Christian Business Association is under no obligation to provide reasoning for such denial.

Due to the Risk of Loss which can be Substantial when buying or selling COMMODITIES, YOU should carefully consider YOUR financial condition as to whether trading COMMODITIES is in YOUR best interest. I understand that when I buy or sell COMMODITIES, I can incur a Loss of some if not all ( 100% ) of MY capital, cash and/ or assets I may have pledged to buy COMMODITIES through MY broker of choice.
I understand that the Christian Business Association is not obligated or responsible for any online trading or online stock or currency trading activities between ME and MY broker of choice in MY trading account. I understand there may be times when the Market turns against ME or under certain Market conditions, it may become difficult if not sometimes impossible, for Me to liquidate a position and I take full responsibility should this occur. I understand and agree that, should I buy or sell COMMODITIES mentioned in the Christian Business Associations "Kingdom Trader" Felton Trading Room or other Christian Business Association Chat Rooms, I may experience a profit and I may experience a loss from online trading or online intraday trading.
I, as a intraday trader or swing trader through online trading or online stock trading agree not to hold the Christian Business Association responsible for MY orders placed, MY orders filled, MY COMMODITIES sold, MY COMMODITIES bought, MY profits made or MY losses incurred.
I understand and agree that intraday trading COMMODITIES can be very profitable or can lead to large losses of MY cash, capital or assets and I agree not to hold the Christian Business Association or any staff member or volunteer responsible should I experience any losses whether the losses are small or large. I agree and understand that this DISCLAIMER is not implying that these are not the only risks involved in online trading of COMMODITIES and it is MY sole responsibility to know, investigate, research and assume all other risks associated with online trading of COMMODITIES.
