CBA Membership Application

 I hereby apply for membership in The Christian Business Associations and agree to conduct our business in a responsible and ethical manner so as to continuously comply and meet the Standards of The Christian Business Association as stated below.

2. Give Financially
3. Serve in Ministry
4. Avoid Gossip
5. Follow the Leadership
6. Maintain a Godly Lifestyle
7. Agree to Take Additional Growth Classes.
8. Support their Local Church
9. To refrain from exploiting or using commercially the name "The Christian Business Association," "CBA" or its logo, either in advertising, selling or in any advertising not specifically authorized in writing by the CBA. We understand that all plaques, decals, membership identification materials, etc., are the property of the CBA and are to be returned in the event the membership is terminated.
10. To support the principles and purposes of the CBA and not engage in any activity that reflects unfavorably on the CBA and its member companies.

As a member of the The Christian Business Association, we acknowledge that the CBA from time-to-time may send us by way of facsimile or electronic-mail notices and other materials promoting and/or advertising various programs, seminars or events organized by the CBA, and that attendance at such programs, seminar or event may require the payment of a fee or fees. We acknowledge that the transmission of such information is a valuable service and benefit of CBA directory membership, and the CBA has our express permission for the transmission of such materials, whether by facsimile or electronic mail.
